Your staff has really been helpful to Fran and me.  Last week, I walked into my house and heard the sound of water splashing onto the carpet.  After turning off the water to the house -and not knowing if I really needed them or not I called Duraclean.  I did need them.  Within a half hour or so one of their staff members was at my front door.  After taking a look inside my house he called for his Technicians who came in and began removing the water and the damaged carpet.  Duraclean knows what to do…my problem was handled.
